FUCT (Friends U Can’t Trust) is a Los Angeles–based clothing brand founded in 1990 by artist and designer Erik Brunetti with early involvement from professional skateboarder Natas Kaupas. The company grew out of the Southern California skateboarding scene and was closely connected to World Industries, where Brunetti produced graphics for skateboards. FUCT was initially distributed through skate shops and skate magazines and remained aligned with skate culture throughout the 1990s, including the release of a skate video in 1998. Over time, the brand expanded internationally, including dedicated production for the Japanese market, and became linked to the early development of skate-driven streetwear. Show less
