From their Website's "About" section [translated to English from Russian]: Skate shop OKTYABRY was founded in 2018 as a result of collaboration between the Rassvet team and Kixbox. The concept of the project was created by the British agency Brinkworth and the Wilson Brothers, who tried to recreate the atmosphere of the underground Soviet Arbat in the setting of a mansion from the early 20th century. Today, Oktyabr is the flagship of the Russian skate market, uniting more than 40 brands, such as Rassvet, Fucking Awesome, Dime, Awake, Stussy and Carhartt WIP.
