Jeremy Wray, born in 1976 in Carmel, California, is a legendary skateboarder, artist, and designer. Raised in a military family, Jeremy’s childhood was marked by frequent moves, from Indianapolis to North Carolina and Florida, before settling in California. It was here, alongside his brother Jonas, that Jeremy discovered skateboarding and honed his skills. The two brothers shared a strong bond, often pushing each other to new heights. Jeremy’s skateboarding career took off in the 1990s. One of the most iconic moments in his career came in 1997 when he completed the legendary Water Tower Ollie—a 16-foot jump from one water tower to another.
Throughout his career, Jeremy became a prominent figure in skateboarding, riding for well-known brands like Plan B, Blockhead, and Element. He appeared in influential skate videos like "Second Hand Smoke", showcasing his technical prowess at famous spots like Carlsbad and Embarcadero. In addition to his skateboarding skills, Jeremy also pursued artistic ventures, designing footwear for Dukes Shoes, Adio Footwear, and Element, as well as creating illustrations and sculptures.
In 2013, Jeremy and his brother Jonas co-founded Wraybros, a skate brand that embodies their creative and laid-back approach to skating. Today, Jeremy continues to inspire the skateboarding world with his innovative spirit, balancing his personal career and artistic projects.
